Job Summary:

We are seeking A&P Mechanics (both Senior and Mid-level - 3 to 9 years of experience - feel free to apply if you fall in between), to perform top-quality aircraft maintenance and contribute to a variety of tasks including repairs, checks, inspecting, troubleshooting, and replacing parts on a variety of jet aircraft models, ensuring they meet/exceed safety and quality standards. Jobs are available immediately for those who are experienced, work well on a team, and use good documentation and project tracking abilities. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance.
  • Repairs, tests, inspections, troubleshooting using FAA standards.
  • Use accurate documentation skills and report maintenance according to company and FAA standards. 
  • Work closely with other team members, including other mechanics, technicians, and inspectors.
  • Remain actively in learning - use manuals, aircraft schematics, and deliver best possible solutions for modifications, repairs, and other projects.

Requirements:

  • A&P required (ask about a more junior / mid level role that may only require Airframe.)
  • 3 to 9 years of experience - several positions open at different levels
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to read / understand technical manuals
  • Must be physically able to perform all duties associated with a Mechanic position including lifting, squatting, crawling, standing for long periods of time, and other actions associated with working on aircraft, moving parts, and using tools

Job Description: As a Composite Bonding Technician, one makes and plans precise repairs and fabrications with wet layups and other methods using clean rooms and a variety of bonding methods, co-curing, autoclaves, secondary bonding, metal bonding, adhesives, and films.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the planning process to ensure a complete understanding and consensus of work scope, time allocation, and other factors.
  • Must be able to read / use standard blue prints / specs and be able to use tolerance measuring and standard tools like calipers, depth gages, micrometers, drills, jigs, templates, fixtures, grinders, rivet guns, and other installation tools
  • One will use PPE during cutting, grinding, blending, and sanding
  • One will properly bag for a wide range of component designs
  • One will continually read and learn technical specs and use best practices

Job Requirements:

  • One should have at least five years of composite - bonding experience related to Aircraft maintenance or fabrication processes
  • Have all the necessary physical abilities to perform the duties of the position including but not limited to standing, kneeling, bending, lifting heavy items
  • Have a HS Diploma or GED plus additional technical training

Job Description: The A&P Mechanic is directly responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and service of aircraft, components, and engine systems. This position will perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly, and adjustments of various aircraft systems and structures in compliance with technical specifications, engineering instructions and FAA regulations. Job Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the preplanning briefing to ensure a complete understanding of the project work scope, man-hour availability, and projected completion date
  • Continually learns Aircraft by reviewing manuals and conducting research as needed
  • Uses best practices in planning and performing aircraft maintenance
  • Participates in AOG project as needed as part of a team rotation
  • Documents/reports necessary parts and other resources to complete maintenance projects
  • Demonstrates proper inspection and repair procedures. 
  • Ensures that the work order is opened and updated throughout the project in a timely manner. 
  • Ensures that notes/logs on work orders are accurate and descriptive. 
  • Assist in training / mentoring new personnel as needed; promote a positive atmosphere and understand the corporate mission. 
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift depending on qualifications and needs<
  • 2-5 experience in jet aircraft maintenance (multiple positions / levels open)
  • Valid A&P License
  • Physical strength/agility/capabilities necessary to lift heavy parts\equipment and to access all portions of the planes for inspection\repair purposes.
  • Good visual acuity and eye-hand coordination.
